Agentic AI |The Agile Evolution: From Tools to Agents
Designing autonomous, goal-driven AI systems as part of teams and workflows.
In the world of Agile, we value individuals and interactions. As Agentic AI matures, the definition of a ‘team member’ is expanding. I have focused my specialization here because AI agents represent the first time technology can truly participate in agile workflows—not just as a repository of information, but as an autonomous entity capable of planning, executing, and iterating. By mastering Agentic AI, I combine my expertise in Scrum and Transformation with the next generation of autonomous digital workers, ensuring that the future of work remains fast, structured, and highly adaptive.

Organizational Strategy with Generative AI & AI Agents
Model Context Protocol (MCP) | Standardizing agent capabilities, boundaries, and governance at scale.
To complement my specialization in AI Strategy, I have certified in the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This addition bridges the gap between high-level AI governance and practical implementation. By mastering MCP, I ensure that organizational AI agents are built on a standardized, scalable framework that allows for seamless data integration and secure, tool-driven automation across the enterprise.
To operationalize generative AI safely and at scale, you need more than models — you need protocols that define tool availability, execution boundaries, and human-in-the-loop governance. MCP gives organizations a standard way to expose application capabilities, constrain agent behavior, and support auditable autonomy.

As of 2025, there are 744,658 people worldwide with a PSM I certificate, but only 55,167 hold the more advanced PSM II (source: Scrum.org).That puts me among the top 7% of certified Scrum Masters globally.

These courses marked my first steps into the world of AI – not just as a tool, but as a collaborative partner. They opened my eyes to what becomes possible when we treat AI not as a replacement, but as a teammate. I call ChatGPT my “ChatBuddy” – or more formally: Mr. GPT. 🙂
