In a constantly changing world, agility is more important than ever. I am a passionate advocate of this agile way of working and am convinced that it is the key to success in today’s society.

The right culture is the basis for agility. Agility can only be successfully implemented if everyone involved is committed to the common goals and values. As an agile leader, I therefore place the highest value on a good connection with your customers and stakeholders.

I am a good communicator, a team player and empathetic towards all the people I’m working woth and or for.. I give my teams trust. This strengthens the self-confidence of the people in the team, which leads to more courage to take the initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and creativity.

Mistakes are part of the job. You learn from mistakes and improve as a result. I prefer the term “learning culture”, instead of “failure culture”.  I therefore encourage my colleagues to openly admit their mistakes and learn from them.

I am a generalist, curious, and diverse thinking person. I love to learn continuously and stay up-to-date with the current world. I also enjoy creating out-of-the-box ideas and discussing them with my team and the company’s leadership.

As Scrum Master in the customer project to accompany and support the team. Optimization of the events, new approach to work on the measures taken during the retrospectives in a more central and focused way with the team by using a Jira backlog

Agile Coach 

As an agile coach, I was responsible with the Scrum Master for optimizing the structures of several teams in different service lines. This involved the distribution of colleagues in the individual, interdisciplinary teams, but also the introduction of agility.

Implementation measures

  • Discussions with the leadership regarding needs, requirements and expectations
  • Workshop with all stakeholders regarding the scope of our measures and discussing their vision.
  • Regular surveys to learn about the progress of the measures.
  • Interviews with individual colleagues to gather information about their views and analyse them with the help of AI
  • Write down these requirements as user stories in the
    backlog. After conducting a workshop on OKR.
  • Use the stories as objectives in OKR and create key results based on them, which are discussed with the teams.
